Ingredients:

  • 1 lb L2 Ranch grass-fed beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. Return the beef to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  5. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
