Ingredients:
- 1 lb L2 Ranch grass-fed beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Cooked rice, for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Add the sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the beef and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and onion. Stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Return the beef to the skillet and toss with the vegetables. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
- Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice.
