Grass-Fed Beef Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb L2 Ranch grass-fed ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 burger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Form the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  4. While the burgers are grilling, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized and golden brown.
  5. Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Assemble the burgers with the patties, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and your favorite toppings.
