- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and your favorite burger toppings
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into four patties and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- While the burgers are grilling, heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized and golden brown.
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes.
