Ingredients:
- 1 lb L2 Ranch grass-fed ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Cooked spaghetti, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large saucepan.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the meatballs and marinara sauce over cooked spaghetti.
