Grass-Fed-Beef-Meatballs

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb L2 Ranch grass-fed ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Cooked spaghetti, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, heat the marinara sauce in a large saucepan.
  6. Add the cooked meatballs to the marinara sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve the meatballs and marinara sauce over cooked spaghetti.
